The 77th Independence day of India was celebrated at Nalanda school on 15th August 2023 with great eclat. The guest members were presided to the flag hoisting ceremony by our school bag team. Our PTA President Mrs. Bhagya shet unfurled the national flag and students pledged to make India the best country in the world. Dr. K Vishwas Pai, member of management addressed the students and urged them to do their best and feel proud to be Indian. Followed by stirring speeches by the students.. Headmistress of the school Savitha N Kamath said that let us take a moment to appreciate the sacrifices of our freedom fighters. Correspondent of School Sri. Ajith Kamath was present. The momentous ceremony ended with mesmerising dance and drill performance by our students.
