Nalanda English Medium school celebrated Krishna Janmashtami with great devotion and enthusiasm on Friday 15th August 2025. The program began with a warm welcome to the secretary DR. Mohan pai, Dr. Vijayalakshmi Nayak, Mrs. Suchitra nayak, Headmistress Mrs. Savitha kamath , Mrs. Bhagya shet , Mrs. Kavya bhat, teachers, parents, and students. The celebration started with the lighting of the lamp. DR vijayalaxmi Nayak reminded everyone the birth of Lord Krishna through a story and also his moral teachings. Suchitra Nayak distributed the prizes to the winners. The dance by our students was a tribute to Lord Krishna. The students of Nursery were dressed as Krishna, Radha .Icecreams were distributed to them.The performance was set to melodious devotional songs which filled the atmosphere with joy and devotion. The program winded up with sweet distribution.
