World Environment Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and awareness at Nalanda english medium School on 5th June 2025. The event aimed to promote environmental consciousness among students and staff, emphasizing the importance of protecting and preserving our natural surroundings.
Event Details:
The program commenced at 9:00 a.m. with a welcome speech by the Principal, Mrs. Savitha kamath, who highlighted the significance of World Environment Day
Following this, a speech about environment day was given by Sadhana of class 8th. Demonstration on compost preparation was given by science teacher Ms Indhu. Tree plantation was done by principal students and dignitaries from Joyalukkas.
